With the rebrand, we have been finalizing exciting improvements that will go hand in hand with the new brand and lifestyle that Anagram NoMad will offer. The first being an upgrade to our Sky Lounge which will be transformed to The Top—an indoor-outdoor space just steps from your door. Complete with a game room, cozy corners for two and all the necessary amenities for hosting private parties with penthouse views, The Top will be a quintessential New York display. Other upcoming amenities will include; The Gymnasium—which will extend across the entire sublevel of the building, and feature a double height climbing wall, weight room and yoga studio. The Library, which will be filled with the latest magazines and broadsheets. The Office, which is perfect for working from home. The Cafe, which will be the perfect place for a casual meeting with a cup of coffee or light lunch. The Playhouse, for children to explore their imaginations, and learn in a creative environment. The Green, an open enclave to sit peacefully surrounded by the garden and fresh air.
